BOOKING STEPS :
1. Determine the equipment that you desire.
2. Contact our staff and ask about the availability of the equipment you chose.
3. Read, fill in the rental form, and agree on the rental terms and service.
4. Pay deposit of 50% to lock the schedule and equipment that you have chosen.
5. Pay fully during the taking of the equipment or when the equipment has arrived at the booking location.
6. The listed price is for 1 time event.
RENTAL EQUIPMENT DETAILS :
1. You get to chose to either use a softcase bag or hardcase during the taking or delivery of the equipment.
2. The equipment that is rented is not including headphones, DJ table, audio cable, mixer and speaker.
3. Please give some information details if you need additional items like that is listed on no 2 (There will be an extra charge for the addtiional equipment)
SELF PICK UP OR DELIVERY :
1. It is required to leave an original identity card during the pick up of the rental equipment (ID & Driver License)
2. FREE delivery & setup for rental equipment inside the region of DENPASAR.
3. For delivery outside of the DENPASAR region, there will be a charge according to the our delivery rate.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION :
1. Deposit can’t be refunded if the rental cancelation is within 5 days before the fixed date.
2. FREE delivery for the rental equipment inside the region of DENPASAR.
3. For delivery outside of the DENPASAR region there will be a charge according to the rate/kilometer.
4. If any addtional crew is needed at the location during the event, there will be an extra charge of Rp. 500,000,./ event.
5. Equipment damage during rental as a result of not complying with the advice for use, negligence by the user then the service fee is fully charged by the tenant.

CARA PEMESANAN :
1. Tentukan alat yang anda inginkan.
2. Hubungi staff kami, tanyakan ketersediaan peralatan yang anda inginkan.
3. Membaca, Mengisi formulir sewa, dan menyetujui persyaratan serta ketentuan sewa -menyewa.
4. Membayar DP 50% untuk mengunci jadwal dan alat yang anda inginkan.
5. Membayar lunas pada saat pengambilan atau saat alat yang anda inginkan sudah tiba di lokasi pemesanan.
6. Harga yang tertera untuk 1 kali event.
KELENGKAPAN PERALATAN YANG DISEWA :
1. Anda dapat memilih menggunakan softcase (tas) atau hardcase saat pengambilan atau pengantaran ke lokasi pemesanan.
2. Alat yang anda sewa tidak termasuk headphones, meja DJ, kabel audio untuk mixer dan speaker.
3. Mohon memberikan informasi jika anda membutuhkan tambahan seperti yang ada pada no 2 (akan dikenakan biaya tambahan sesuai kebutuhan).
BISA AMBIL SENDIRI ATAU DI ANTAR :
1. Wajib meninggalkan kartu identitas asli pada saat mengambil alat yang di sewa (KTP & SIM).
2. GRATIS pengiriman & pemasangan alat yang disewa untuk area DENPASAR.
3. Untuk pengiriman diluar area DENPASAR, akan di kenakan biaya tambahan sesuai tarif/kilo meter yang berlaku.
INFORMASI TAMBAHAN :
1. Deposit tidak dapat dikembalikan, jika pembatalan penyewaan 5 hari sebelum tanggal yang sudah di tentukan.
2. GRATIS pengiriman alat yang disewa untuk area DENPASAR.
3. Untuk pengiriman diluar area DENPASAR, akan di kenakan biaya tambahan sesuai tarif/kilo meter yang berlaku.
4. Apabila dibutuhkan crew untuk di lokasi selama acara berlangsung akan dikenakan biaya tambahan sebesar Rp. 500.000,./event.
5. Kerusakan alat selama penyewaan akibat tidak dipatuhinya saran pemasangan, kelalaian pengguna maka biaya service di tanggung sepenuhnya oleh penyewa.
